GEMS provides support for parents and carers in developing a better understanding of Autism & ADHD. Helping them to feel empowered to implement strategies within the home environment. We do this through workshops, courses, animations, and signposting to local and national services.
A full list of our support options can be found in our workshops section.
Some of them are workshops which are single sessions that target specific topics such as anxiety or sleep. Some of them are courses, consisting of multi sessions covering a wide range of topics associated with Autism or ADHD and our animations are short videos providing short learning opportunities around Autism and ADHD.
GEMS also runs social sessions for children ages 5 to 10 years. These provide an opportunity to develop social skills and confidence.
